Interface between HYDAC HMG 3000 and Labview

Hello everyone,

We already have a HYDAC HMG 3000 to acquire signals of different sensors (pressure, flow, ...). This interface is already connected to a computer by a serial USB cable (Type B to Type A) and we can see the values of the sensors on the screen of the computer using the software HMGWIN 3000. We would like to use the values of the sensors in Labview but we havn't got the protocol transfert informations of HYDAC. If somebody has already try to read the values of a HMG 3000 using Labview, I would appreciate very much its help.

At NI we dont 'have knowledge of people that used HYDAC product in the past. 

Maybe you could have more information on the protocol used by asking HYDAC. Without this it will not be easy.

Or maybe someone will answer you here.

Im sure OP dont care about this any longer, but if anyone else is interested, you can connect using VISA and "Hydac simple protocol", which you can get from hydac. one limitation with this solution is that you cant log in the hmg at the same time as you transfer to labview. if you try this, the logging in hmg will be aborted.
