IVI Event Server EXE is an out-of-process COM server that provides event callback mechanism between IVI drivers and app.  By implementing an event sink inside the app, the IVI driver can call back to the app when the spcfified event has been generated.

But I have never seen its implementation example.  Plus, the spec document IVI-3.7 IVI Event Server Specification is already deleted.
