IVI Driver, Data Neighborhood, Scales Drop down missing in NI MAX

On a Windows 7 64 Bit PC, we upgraded Visa to 18.0.

We wanted to downgrade to 17.0 so we uninstalled NI-MAX and NI-VISA 18.0, after installing NI VISA 17.0 (which comes with NI-MAX 17.0), we no longer see certain tabs.

We do not see the IVI Driver drop down, Data Neighborhood drop down, or the scales drop down.

What installation are we missing to get these appear in NI MAX?

Note:

We have done the obvious attempts of resetting configuration data and reinstalling EACH and EVERY related IVI driver we had installed prior.

Can you verify which version of NI MAX you have open?

• The easiest way to tell which version of MAX you have installed is to click Help»About from within MAX.

Also, have you tried installing the same version of NI System Configuration, as mentioned in this article?
