I have to get some values from a Schneider Elektric EGX100 with modbus TCP/IP

For my thesis I need to get some values out of a Schneider Elektric device (EGX100). Some other devices are connected to this serial to ethernet converter and I have to get some of the values measured by them. The device (EGX100) is coupled to a PC with a Modbus TCP/IP cable (Ethernet). Can somebody help me please? It's quite urgent. Thanx.
