I get error "-1074135040 CIC_IX50 Initialize.vi Driver Status:Hex 0xBFFA0000"

I get the following error code when I try to run the CIC_IX50 Initialize.vi:

"-1074135040 CIC_IX50 Initialize.viDriver Status: (Hex 0xBFFA0000)"

The VI is come with the Instrument Driver for my Third Party Instrument.

It's use Cic_ix50.dll to communicate with the intrument. (I have a 'California Instruments 3001iX')

The instrument resource name is GPIB0::1::INSTR, and it's work when I

use the VISA functions to get the intrument ID (*IDN?).

What is causing this and how can I fix it?

Hi friends, I got same error,too :( here is the error code "CIC_IX50 Initialize.vi Driver Status: (Hex 0xBFFA0000)" i got the offical driver for labview from Cal. Ins. web site. Actually i have got three 3001ix for 3~phase system. i can not control them. however Measurement&Automation Ex. (ver. 4.4.1) communicate with the device as "CALIFORNIA INSTRUMENTS,9000iX AC SOURCE,56934,Rev 3.03" how can i fix it?

Hello alembey,
         I recommend that you install the IVI Compliance Package.  After doing that, let us know if the problem persists.  It is helpful to know that you can communicate with the instrument in MAX.
