I cannot download the drivers from the FTP site.

I have been unable to download new drivers from the FTP site.  When I try to download, nothng appears to happen but the explorer window is locked.  Am I doing something wrong?

Try answering these questions:

1. Can you download files from other ftp sites? i.e. ftp://ftp.microsoft.com/

2. Are you behind a firewall or proxy server?

3. Do you have pop-up blocker enabled?

- Built-in IE pop-up blocker

- Google

- Yahoo

Which drivers have you tried to download? If you still have problems getting the drivers from our web site, please let us know so we can send them to you in a zip file. Specify which application development enviroment you are using (LabVIEW, CVI, etc.)
