How to send a command like sedit and recieve responses to kikusui server?

Hi
I have a kikusui server which is connected to my computer via serial connection. I have a tera term pro installed. But I am not able send any command like "sedit". Does anybody know how to make access serial port and send commands and get responses to kikusui server. Like a normal connection to any server or so ?

What is a Kikusui server? I'm only aware of their instruments. Provide model number, manual, etc.

How are you defining a ' server'? Like a network file server?
