How to convert the Keithley 2600 example code for graphing IV curve

Highlighted

Hello all,

I would like to modify the example code provided by Tektronix to allow the user to select either a voltage or current sweep, sweep start and sweep end values (i.e. -1V to 1V), number of steps, bias value, and then graph the entire data. Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Best regards,

FM

I posted one of those a few weeks ago.  Have a look at this discussion: https://forums.ni.com/t5/Instrument-Control-GPIB-Serial/Modifying-Keithley-2600-Driver-Example-Code/...

Hello Craig,

Thank you for the reply. I have been using that VI; however, it does not allow me to do a voltage sweep, or any sweep, by using a negative value as a starting point. I would like to know how I could modify the vi so that I could also do a -1V to 1V sweep as well. Thank you!

Best regards,

If that's been holding you back then you should look into the LabVIEW basic course, all you need is to create an array of points using a for loop.

Here's the modified example sweep that includes this VI.

Hello,

I try to drive I-V curve measurements with 2x 2612 SMUs (Keithley).

Where could I download such files (sweep and step voltages for transistors measurements)

Thank you. Regards,

Seb
