How to control the both channels of AFG 3200 B function generator simultaneous?

The function generator AFD 3200B has two channels. I want to use both channel generat some sin wave simultaneous. I have downloaded the labview driver:Tektronix AFG 3000 Series.

I did three things:

1) try to connect two channel to the VI.

However, all the example VIs do not support connection of two channel name the same time.

2) run two signal generating VI with different channel name at the same time.

However, one channel run after the other.

Do you have any suggestions?

Hey Wu,

Do you need the two sine waves to be completely synchonized (aka having the exact same phase)?

If they don't need to be synchronized, then the AFG should output on both channels at the same time but you will most likely need to configure them serially in your program.

If they do need to be synchronized, then is there a reason why you wouldn't be able to just split the output signal into two BNCs? If this isn't an option then you would most likely need to do some sort of triggering in order to get the two channels to start simultaneously.

Thank you for the reply. I have already found the solution for control the two channel. In fact, not simultaneous, but in different phase.
