How to continue counting a reinitialized value via serial?

Hello, 

I have a serial iteration count that is read from 0 - 10921. However I would like to be able to keep track of the count after the counter reiterates. Is there a LabVIEW function that will enable me to continue counting after reiteration to 0.

You could use a shift register to keep your count of reinitializations.
