Thank you for posting on National Instruments' Forum.

 

I found a tutorial on IRIG-B implementation in LabVIEW FPGA and I give you a user manual of PXI 7811R.

Thanks Brice.

 

Actually I am having a confusion.

That example uses two R series cards, one for generating and one for decoding.

Why it is not done by using a single card???

And I browsed everywhere in the NI site, the implementation is only for IRIG B and not for the other Timing codes (A, D, E, G, H).

I think we can customize the FPGA code for the other Timing codes, but Hardware wise I am not able to figure out what will be the constraints if I want to use 7811R for both Generation and decoding.

Do you have any idea on this?
