HP4155A Fixture Open

Does anybody know how to solve Caution 30. Fixture Open in HP4155A?

There is no solution in the manual that I have.

I attach the image of back panel of my instrument.

All I can guess is that is has something to do with the Interlock connector at the lower left of your image which you appear to have nothing wired to.

AK2DM is correct.  To use High voltage on the 4155 you need to either have an interlock switch or jumper wired to the round port beside the serial port in lower left of back panel.  See section 2-17 of the manual "To Connect Interlock Terminal".  I often use a paperclip shoved between pin holes if I move the instrument and don't have an interlock at the temporary location. 😉
