Generic I/O Error: 6

Hi,

I Have a kiethley SMU-2410C instrument. Labview is acting as software to carry the Current Vs Voltage studies. The program is giving error 6 : Generic I/O error, when we run the program. Please go through the program and block diagram and where it is showing error,Please help me for the same. I dont have the knowledge about Labview programming, so its becoming tough to rectify it.

That program looks terrible. There's no way anyone can help if you don't post code.
