Garmin and GPS

I have created the following vi. It doesnt seem to open the port and extract information from the garmin geko 301 gps unit. Can somebody help...Wh at might be the issue?

I am not familiar with your GPS, but, since it is a Garmin and they return NMEA sentences, you could try to download garmin45.zip -see this thread-

and see ir it runs with your geko 301.
