GPIB card and VISA USB Keithley Instrument

PXI with a dedicated GPIB .card controlling one instrument.  Another instrument (Keithley) is connected to the PXI using USB-to-USB (no external GPIB-USB adapters just a single USB cable.

Would these two busses interfere with each other when doing GPIB writes and reads?

No, they won't interfere as one is talking on GPIB and the other on USB.
