GPIB/ENET 100 PWR/RDY LED is steady red.

GPIB-ENET/100 - PWR/RDY LED is steady red that means it has an unrecoverable error. What can be done in this case? We have purchase a new GPIB-ENET/100 that is working fine but the previous one is showing the error.
