when tried to run VI application it get error message as attached ,

and in NI-MAX the COM ports have Exclamation Points and can't be configured by NI-Visa test panels ,

i have tried to reinstall the Visa driver and disable restart then Enable the COM ports but Still the Same Issue ,

VISA version 18 and 20.
