Drivers & Software for GPIB-410

I'm trying to restore one of our test systems after a hard drive crash and I can't locate the drivers and software for the GPIB-410 card (assy. 180280-01 Rev C2 S/N 36015) installed in the system.  Does anyone know where I can get a copy of this software?
