I need to downgrade the 488 driver to regain support for GPIB/ENET-100
I have uninstalled all NI I can see and deleted directories.
Never the less, the new install fails with the following message. Any suggestions on how to clean my Windows 10 system of the listed products that are blocking the NI4882_1760f0 install?

The most reliable and concrete method is to reimage your hard disk with a clean OS image - this ensures absolutely no leftover files.

Clearly true, but a brutal solution that destroys most installed applications.
There must be a hunting list of files (or registry entries) that must be removed so that after a simple reboot of the O.S., the install cannot find any later version drivers.
