Digital Pattern Editor communication with 6570 fail

The 6570 can't control by Digital Pattern Editor(NIDIGITAL1800) suddenly,and the error information: Connecting to NI-Digital hardware failed with the following error: IVI:(Hex 0xBFFA0000) Unrecoverable Failure, we have try to install the new Driver, it doesn't work.

Sounds like something is corrupted on the hardware. Did you try Reset/Self-Test/Self-Calibrate from NI MAX?

The Reset/Self-Test/Self-Calibrate button from NI MAX of 6570 unable to display correct. Other device such as 4144 can find Reset/Self-Test/Self-Calibrate button from NI MAX

Try to uninstall all drivers and reinstall them. If still things don't work, better reach out to NI Technical Support to debug what is wrong, worst case, you might have to send it for repair.
