Convert VISA 3.x inf file to VISA 4.x without module description file

I am using the North Atlantic NAI75DS1 PXI card. I downloaded the instrument drivers for this card that were posted on NI's site (http://sine.ni.com/apps/utf8/niid_web_display.model_page?p_model_id=2386). The drivers contain inf files that were created with VISA 3.x and no module description file. Is there a way to convert these inf files to VISA 4.x compatible files. I've used the VISA Driver wizard with both VISA 3.x and VISA 4.x and I would just like to have the single inf file that is generated by the wizard with VISA 4.x.
