Computer doesn't reboot with PCI-8431/4 RS-485

I have problem with a PCI-8431. It worked while one year before it crashed. Now, my computer doesn't reboot with the card inside.

Hello,

When you say your computer doesn't reboot, what exactly do you mean? I am assuming it starts to reboot and then hangs at some point. At what point does it hang? Also, have you tried this on another PCI slot or another computer to see if you get the same results? It is possible that you have a bad card, and I would suggest requesting support  at ni.com/support to do some troubleshooting, and perhaps send the board in if you determine that it is indeed bad.
