Hi,
I have a problem to initialize all four PSUs in the N6700B mainframe.
The problem is always with initializing the 4th supply. Doesn’t matter which one, if initializing any of the 4 in any order it’s always the 4th initialization which fails.
N6700B mainframe:
Channel1: N6736B
Channel2: N6734B
Channel3: N6734B
Channel4: N6733B
System:
- Win7 SP1 32bit
- IVI Compliance Package 15.0
- agn6700_setup 3.2.1
Does anybody has any solution?
Thanks!

Which VISA version do you use? Is it possible, that you somehow open multiple sessions (and not close them), and you are for "real" running into not sufficient PC resources(check system monitor/task manager)?

What interface are you using? What firmware version do you have on the mainframe?
Are you using one of the examples?

What interface are you using? - TCP/IP
What firmware version do you have on the mainframe? - D.04.01
Are you using one of the examples? - No. Own made code but nothing else in it just the for slots configuration with NI_IVI Power Supply step type

Visa 15.5
IVI Comp. 15.0
"...unning into not sufficient PC resources": dont think so: e.g.: free system memory 1.5Gbyte (total 4Gbyte) at the error

Hey Raybie,
Could you get an IO Trace of the intialization? This might give us some more insight into what is failing.
