Agilent E4980A lcr meter reading high D at high frequency

Hi I have a quick question on my agilent E4980A. At high frequencies ( i.e. 100MHZ using the agilent E1645 test lead) I get high Df readings. What could be causing this?.

This isn't a question for NI. You need to ask Keysight about their hardware/software.
