I'm sorry, I don't know anything about Labview I'm just using prepared GUIs.

After installation of the Visa540 runtime my mouse is moving everytime I get data from the COM1. How can I switch this off?

Are you using a USB-Serial adapter?  Was the device sending data during the computer's boot up?  Was the device sending data while the USB adapter was being plugged in?

This is likely a Windows issue.  If you connect up a serial device (USB-Serial adapter anytime or a build-in/PCI serial port at bootup) and the device is sending data, then Windows will think that the serial device is a mouse.
