Hello,

 

I've recently setup a new NI InsightCM server.  In my final steps of setting up, I was starting the steps to adding users and the server lost power.  Under options in InsightCM, I was able to set AUTH with its proper parameters and then lost power.  I was able to restart the server with no issues. However, when trying to log in, the default "admin" username no longer works and I am unable to access the server.  Is there any other default user name or work around for this issue?

If you were modifying the LoginAuth.json you might have disabled the build it accounts.

Open the file and make sure the build in accounts are not disabled and try again.
