hi evryone!

I want to chage old PLC siemens Simatic s5 with new PLC siemens simatic s7.I want to find compatibile CPUs and inputs for old PLC.For example simatic s5 182 k with who simatic s7 can change? simatic s7 300?

I'm not sure if this is the right place for this type of question, as it is very specific to Siemens PLCs. It's very likely, that you don't get a good answer at the National Instruments forum, so please better direct this question directly to Siemens.

I can give you answer but tell me how many inputs and otputs have this S5 family and what kind are they (digital, analog).

Be quick because i will not have internet access within 2 days.

This S5 family have 6 modules,every  modul have 32 digital  I/O.

Yogo sorry for my late, but i work at sea and there is no internet there. If is not too late I wanna know exactly how much digital inputs and digital outputs you had.
