Unable to install software on NI 9149

I can see the NI 9149 in MAX when connected with USB but I get an error when trying to install software as shown in the image:

. I have installed cRio drivers from a DVD with labview 2018 and NI updater says that all my relevant software is up to date. Any ideas? I can't see the modules installed on the NI 9149 in MAX and I can't find them in labview 2018 either.
