Profibus + Brooks MAssflows

I'm looking for an example program to connect a Brooks-Massflow via Profibus to my Labview application. I have no problem to connect the MAssflow to the Profibus Server, but I got from Brooks no information which bytes/words I have to read to get the important information (setpoint, flow, temp.,...). Has someone experience with Massflows-Profibus? Thank you.

Unfortunately, due to the low volume of calls that we have recieved in supporting profibus, at this time we do not have any examples or documentation on the Brooks Massflow devices being used with the profibus.

As far as which bytes/words to read inorder to get the information from the Massflow device, you will need to contact Brooks directly. At present, we do not have that information.
