How do I simulate a Profibus DP network?

I need to simulate 139 Profibus DP circuits simulataneously. Each circuit needs to simulate up to 50 devices. (3144 devices all together) All I have right now is LabVIEW. What hardware to I need to buy, and what software should I use? I need to do this to satisfy a customers testing requirements, for a machinery control system we may build for them.

NI sells an Applicom card that uses Profibus protocol. Applicom software includes an OPC server that LabVIEW can communicate with, follow the OPC examples in LV. To configuring the network, work with Applicom:
