DeviceNet settings not shown in MAX

Hi all, 

We have different ATE systems for EOL testing. These tester has DeviceNet card identical at same slot.

The DeviceNet drivers are installed with the NI Installer.

But unfortunately I couldn't see the settings page in NI MAX?

I can able to see them in other similar testers. At first I thought NI MAX would be corrupted, I reset the same and tried again but still no update.

Is there something i'm missing?
