Abstract: User Interface is the only part of application that communicates with the user. The user does not need to know how the application works but the quality of user interface determines the usabiilty.

In this presentation, we will look into methods of improving User Experience using User Interface best practices.

Title: SentioMMG - LabVIEW GUI In A Medical Device

Abstract: SentioMMG is a mechanomyography instrument useful in assisting a spine surgeon to identify and avoid nerves during certain spine surgeries. The case study highlights some of the features of the GUI; and focuses on some of our experiences, challenges we faced and solutions or workarounds in the same context.
