Error 5003!!!!!

Hello to all Labview lovers. I have problems with serial communication on my Arduino Mega and Labview. Once the installation of Arduino Mega is finished I want to test it using the example to turn on the led of pin 13 of the board, but I get error 5003. Does anyone know how to solve this?
