Due to hardware changes with the RPi5 model, LINX Digital IO never really worked correctly on this board. Thanks to the outstanding contributions of @AndyLB, that issue has been fixed in the current version of LabVIEW Community Edition (24Q1).
You can get this update using the configuration utility or, if you're doing a fresh install, you can use the pre-built images available here.
