Chipkit wi-fire cannot generate PWM

Hi all, 

Background:

I am working on a project which uses chipkit wi-fire to generate the PWM to control the lighting unit. the software configuration is LabVIEW 2019 (Linx)

Problem:

I can flash the firmware to chipkit board successfully. When i try to use pin 3 to output PWM but fail, the board output 0 or 3.3V. 

Is there any way to set the pin action?
