Need to get an output from PCI line of PXI-5105

Unable to get an output from PCI 1 line. Need assistance for the same.

Giving inputs (amplified signal) to digital oscilloscope from strain gauges and code is written for data acquisition. Now need an output signal for triggering a camera.

Where to include niScope Export Signal.vi to export the signal to PCI 1 line?

Both VI & Block diagram is attached. Is it Correct?

Supposed to get an output of 3.3 Volts from PCI 1 line according to the manual but couldn't succeed.

Thank you,

I'll assume you meant PFI, rather than PCI.

I didn't look too closely at your code, but I don't see anything wrong with where you'll calling export signal.  As long as you call it before commit (which is also called by Initiate Acquisition),

However, for Export Signal to actually do anything, you need to specify an output terminal, like PFI 1 to send a signal through the front panel terminal or RTSI 1, if you want to send a signal along the chassis backplane.

You also need to specify a signal to export.  By default, it will export the Start Trigger (which happens as soon the acquisition begins, regardless of whether you complete a record).  The signal that you want to export is probably the reference trigger.
