I'm using 5772 with FlexRIO 7935, I need to trigger source to output pulse, and use 5772 to acquire the pulse.
I noticed there is a Data clock x2, in my understand it should be synced to 5772 sampling clock, and have a clock of 400MHz, am I right? Can I use this clock domain to generate pulse to trigger my source so that the output and acquire synced waveform?
Or maybe I should make 5772 sync to IOmodSync port (10M Ref Clock from 7935), I assume I can generate pulse use any clock derived from 10M Ref Clock, and the output pulse and acquire should be synced? (the down side of this method is I can only get max of 320M clock from 10M Ref clock)
