LabVIEW serial number not working

Hi! I’m experiencing trouble with activating LabVIEW 2023 and every time I try to enter my serial number it says invalid serial number. What do I do to help this? Thank you!

Please ensure you followed the instructions and download links from the WPIlib docs page: Installing LabVIEW for FRC (LabVIEW only) 

(confirm you downloaded and installed the LabVIEW Software for FRC and not the regular LabVIEW installer)

Then confirm that you are using the serial number assigned to your team for this season: Find My FRC Team's NI Serial Number to Activate Software
