Multi Adaptor sync

Hi I am new to FlexLogger, How do I synchronise NI 9244, 9202 and 9237 modules to sample at the same times? I am using the 9244 and 9202 to sample 3-phase voltages and currents so it is vital that we can synchronise the data.

So far we have set all three modules (9244, 9202, and 9237) to sample at 2kHz and we can get an output excel file from this. However we have found that there can be time offsets in the sampling of each module.

A couple quick questions on your system setup that will help with synchronization questions:

• What type of CompactDAQ chassis are you using (9174, 9185, etc.)? Is there more than one?
• What version of FlexLogger are you running? (Help menu >> About)
• Are all three modules set to 2kHz for the sample rate?

• Chassis is the 9179 for 9244 and 9202 we are using this and one single adaptor chassis for the 9237
• FlexLogger version is 2018 R3 Build No 6.1.0.52364
• All three adaptors are set to 2kHz

The best way to get phone support will be to create a service request. You can go to ni.com/support and select "Open a Request". Then, you will be able to speak with NI Applications Engineers regarding the issue.
