FlexLogger doesn't have any built-in support for 3rd party hardware, but we do provide a Plugin Development Kit which allows you (or an integrator) to develop custom LabVIEW plugins which can be added in FlexLogger. I'm not familiar with MCC DAQ hardware, but on their website it says they have a LabVIEW driver for their DAQ hardware so I expect it should be possible to develop a plugin for it.
