Flexlogger live value error

The live value cannot be measured. 

It only says "internal error" and does not provide an error code. 

I have reinstalled several versions of the program(NI MAX, Flexlogger), but the same problem occurs.

What's the problem?

use environment
- windows 10
- NI cDAQ 9189 chassis + 9212 module

You can use an ETW Viewer to record messages from the application that might provide more details. I attached an ETW Viewer you can use. Just launch the ETW Viewer.exe and go to the "All Events" tab and after launching FlexLogger and getting the error, press the Update button in ETW and save the log and post it so we can review what the issue is. It would also be helpful if you could provide the version of FlexLogger you are using.
