Can't log in

Hi,

 

I'm new to Flexlogger and have downloaded the latest version and installed it, however I can't log in. I've attached a video of what is occurring - the program appears to just be stuck after I enter my username and password. I'm using the same credentials that I use to log in to ni.com.

 

Things I've tried so far:

 - Different WiFi networks, hotspotting to my phone etc.

 - Wired Ethernet connection

 - Repairing the installation

 - Restarting the computer

 - Running as administrator

 - Disabling all Windows security firewalls

 

Any help would be much appreciated.

I am having a similar issue. Not sure if it is related at all, but I will get passed the same login screen you show and "load" and then give a popup message saying "Server error. Retry later" (see attached).

 

Any help from admin would be appreciated!
