We use cFP 2020 on our hydraulic test stand. Few days ago when there was communication problem between Host PC and RT on cFP. I formated and set the IP address and all installations necessary to communicate.
But now to our observation, the controller is response is slow when comapred to response when we used before it got into trouble.
i.g., Earlier it was taking 3-4 sec for building up pressure but now it is taking 7-9 sec for building up pressure. This results in test FAIL as it doesn't go with test sequence.
One thing is like , we can't cofigure test sequence like by increasing cycle time as it is customised to complete the test in that particular time.
So possible sol should be from controller itself.....is there anything to be done on cFP 2020 to get back to its normal state or it needs to be calibrated?
