"Find Device" in cFP is not working peoperly

Hi,

 

I am using cFP 1808. It is being listed in MAX under remote systems.

When I click on find devices it is poping up one error, saying "Unable to communicate with the FieldPoint network module".

The screen shot of error is attached.

It was working perfectly till last week, but now I'm facing this issue.

 

Can anyone help me with this issue?

Solved it...

The issue was with the subnet mask.

PC and cFP were in two different subnets.
