problem with cfp-2000

Hi,
 
we have a cfp-2000 with 6 modules on it: 1x tc-120, 2x ai-110, 3x rly-421
 
Everything was working fine until recently. The ready leds on the modules don't light anymore, except for the 3 rly-421, and we can't see nor set any values in MAX.
MAX cannot find any devices, but the status bar says  "Connected - Running".
 
We did many software and hardware reboots, we tried a different network cable, we tried booting in safe mode, but nothing is working. We also tried to reset the IP using the dip switch.
 
We are using max 4.1 and RT8.2

Hi,

Have you been able to successfully complete the networking steps described in this KnowledgeBase article? Also, which version of the FieldPoint driver are you using? Did any unexpected events (power outage, etc.) occur since the time you have been able to successfully use your modules? Also, formatting your controller and reinstalling software to your controller could be helpful. Let me know how this works!

We formated the controller, re-installed everything, and did a hardware reset and it finally started working again!
