front panel publish error

iam using fp-2010 and labveiw 8.5.1 and rt 8.5 

iam using a main vi in which i run another sub vi by giving path and using invoke node to run

i make html page of sub vi and try to publish it

when i simply deploy the main vi it works and i access page of sub vi

but when i make its exe or try to run main at start up it will not publish page of sub vi and give the following errorr(screen shot)
