fieldpoint communication problem

Hi, I'm using an exe labview software development (made with the Labview 6.1 version for Win 2000 intially). then, there's a communication with Fieldpoint FP 1000 module (and FP-TC-120, FP-TC-110) for temperature and voltage acquisition. The file used to configured the module is an *.IAK one. Problem : when I launched NI Max, I can found the module and the measures. When I launch the application no measure are read (port number, name, speed are correct). Any suggestion to solve this? thanks. regards,

Hello feufeu,

If you drag a FieldPoint IO Point from the LabVIEW Project Explorer into a VI the IO Point references the current project's .iak file. However, when a VI is built into an executable it no longer belongs to the project and this link to the .iak file is broken.
