field point explorer comunication ethernet

In my PC I run FPexplorer 3.0.2 and when I disconnect ethernet cable  the message for the column connection is succesfull, when i reconnect the net FP explorer is blocked at previous values before the disconnection.

I have seen other PC where FP explorer is running and when the comunication is broken the message is" unable to comunicate with FP-1600....."and when the net is on the software reads normally.

Can you solve my problem?

Is important for the correct work of Labview

P.S.   When I stop PC I have the error message :
Field point explorer: instruction 0x7c809783 : the memory n°.................... don't could be written
