enalb indexing is "disabled" and I cannot togle it to enable

I am trying to enable indexing through a tunel and the option itself is disabled and I am trying to bring in multiple chanels to a while loop. I am trying to access a TC module through a 1601 and display all of the channel readouts using an index array and an FP read. It tells me I have conncted a scalar data type. It suggest's checking for a tunel on a loop that has indexing incorrectly disbled. It is disabled and I cannot enble it??!!!!!!
