Only Labview can be embedded.

The official answer is NO.
Only a LabVIEW application can be embedded in a Real Time Controller (FP-2010).
But, if you have an application that you have developed in C or Visual C++ and you would like to use it...you could create a DLL and make LabVIEW calls to it, but the main application still needs to be developed in LabVIEW.
